I’ve worked across a wide range of roles, from hands-on and customer-facing work to sales and recruitment. Each experience taught me how to read people, listen properly, and build trust in situations where it actually matters.
Those experiences are what led me to start Truvana.
I wanted to create something that treated hiring, careers, and wellbeing with more care and respect than the transactional approach most people are used to.
Today, I focus on listening first, understanding context, and helping people move forward. Whether that’s supporting someone into the right role, helping a business build a stronger team, or giving people space to work through bigger career and life decisions, the approach stays the same. Thoughtful, honest, and people-first.
